Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH)
Your BAH will be used in one of two ways. You can either rent on base or you can live off base. If you live off base, you can either rent or buy. Click Here for current BAH rates.
On Base Housing ( Rent On-Base )
You can contact the housing office at 928-269-2661. Please keep in mind that there is a process involved in renting on Base housing to include wait times.

Marine Corps Air Station Yuma is home to the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, the Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron 1 and the Marine Fighter Training Squadron 401. Marine Corps Air Station Yuma shares space with the Yuma International Airport and is located near Yuma, Arizona. Marine Corps Air Station Yuma is the busiest air station in the Marine Corps and its primary mission is to provide aerial weapons support for the Marine Forces and Navy for the Pacific and Atlantic Fleets. Housing is provided by Lincoln Military Housing which is a private partner who manages all government housing as well as offering off-post housing referrals. On-post housing is available for military personnel with family members and over 650 housing units are offered. Military personnel and their families are assigned based on the rank and bedrooms desired. Service members are asked to contact the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma Housing Office located in Building 1080 to fill out the housing application and be placed on any applicable waiting list. Single service members are entitled to stay in one of more than 120 off station apartments specifically for ranks E1-E5. Contact the Housing Office for more information at 928-269-2826.
Temporary housing is provided at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma by the Dos Rios Inn located in the Southwest desert. The Inn is a modern lodge which offers kitchenettes, coffee makers and over 360 square feet per room. The rooms are considered larger than most Navy and Marine Corps Lodges and complimentary internet is offered in each room. The lodge offers landscaped courtyards and state-of-the-art amenities at a discounted rate. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance by calling 928-269-2262.
